The Interparliamentary Assembly of CIS Member Nations in co-organization with the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus and the CIS Execom held an international conference on Electoral Processes across the Commonwealth on 11-12 November 2014, in Minsk, Belarus. In the course of the 2 day-deliberations, high-level executives of IPA CIS Council, RRs of CECs of the CIS countries, OSCE/ODIHR, IPA CIS IIMDP covered the issues related to ’Election Laws and Law-Enforcement Practices in Europe and the CIS’ and ’Democratic Reforms in the Republic of Belarus: Improvement Plans and Results’.
The ACEEEO was represented by Mr. Zsolt Szolnoki, Secretary General and Stepan Ahiy, Project Manager. The Secretary General has delivered a speech on 'Regional cooperation of the ACEEEO and IPA CIS and the electoral monitoring'.
